CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - A fire at the Cedar Rapids wastewater treatment plant Friday morning did not disrupt normal operations, officials said. Megan Murphy, the city's utilities spokeswoman, said the two-alarm fire had been extinguished. She confirmed no injuries had been reported.
